How To Look After Your Yankee Candle Medium Jar

We want you to get the best out of your Yankee Candle Medium Jar.

We recommend trimming your candle’s wick (use the Yankee Candle long-handled wick trimmer) so that you keep your wick nice and tidy. As a result, your wick should stay in its best condition. You must also allow your Yankee Candle to pool by letting the top layer of wax fully melt to the edges so that you avoid a tunnelling effect on your candle.

When To Say Goodbye

Your Yankee Candle is designed to burn for up to 75 hours. Each candle is designed to leave a layer of wax at the bottom of your jar. Know when to say goodbye to your candle.

What is the returns and refund policy?

UK Mainland customers who are not happy with their purchases or just have a change of mind may return their products within 14 days for a full refund. Any purchases that have been used, are not in a resalable condition, or are not returned including original packaging will not be refunded.
